By using the LetsVaccine platform to book, schedule, or receive home vaccination services, you agree to these terms. LetsVaccine may contact you via email, SMS, or phone calls for appointment confirmations, pre-vaccination health check reminders, post-vaccination follow-ups, and service updates. By creating an account or placing a booking, you authorise such communications regardless of your listing on the "National Do Not Call Registry", in accordance with applicable TRAI regulations.

Refunds

If a booked vaccination visit is not rendered for any reason attributable to LetsVaccine — including if the attending doctor does not clear the appointment — a full 100% refund will be initiated within 48 hours of raising a complaint. Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

LetsVaccine is committed to protecting your personal and medical information. As a home vaccination service, we collect health-related data that is necessary to safely deliver vaccines to your home. This policy describes what information we collect, how we use and protect it, and your rights as a user of our platform.

To safely administer vaccines at your home, LetsVaccine collects the following information at the time of registration and booking:

• Personal details: name, date of birth, gender, phone number, and email address
• Home address and location details for nurse visit scheduling
• Health and medical history relevant to vaccination eligibility
• Details of the vaccine(s) selected and prior vaccination records
• Payment and billing information
• Post-vaccination observations recorded by the attending nurse

You may browse our platform without providing personal information, but booking a vaccination visit requires account creation and the details above.

B. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely to deliver safe and effective home vaccination services, including:

• Pre-vaccination medical review by our empanelled doctors
• Scheduling and dispatching certified nurses to your home
• Verifying vaccine eligibility and identifying contraindications
• Sending appointment confirmations and reminders
• Processing payments and issuing vaccination certificates
• Post-vaccination follow-up and adverse event monitoring
• Statutory reporting requirements (e.g., public health and disease surveillance)
• Improving our services through anonymised statistical analysis

Special Situations:

• Public health reporting as required by law (e.g., notifiable disease surveillance)
• Government health oversight, audits, and regulatory compliance
• Legal proceedings or national security requirements

C. Your Rights

• Access & Copy: You may request access to the personal and medical information we hold about you at any time.
• Correction: You may request corrections to inaccurate or incomplete information by contacting us with supporting details.
• Deletion: You may request deletion of your account and associated data, subject to legal retention requirements.
• Restrict Processing: You may request that we limit how we use your information through a written request.

• Vaccination Records: You may access your vaccination history and certificates through your account dashboard at any time.
• Physical Notice: You may request a printed copy of this policy at any time.

D. Data Security

LetsVaccine uses industry-standard encryption and secure protocols to protect all data transmissions, including payment information and health records. Access to your account is protected by your credentials; LetsVaccine will never ask for your password via email or phone. While we implement robust safeguards, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, and we continuously work to protect your information from unauthorised access.

E. Information Sharing

LetsVaccine does not sell, rent, or share your personal or medical information with third parties for commercial purposes. Information is shared only as necessary to deliver vaccination services — for example, with empanelled doctors conducting pre-vaccination reviews, nurses assigned to your visit, or payment processors. All such parties are bound by confidentiality obligations.

LetsVaccine's platform is intended for adults. Vaccination bookings for minors under 18 must be made by a parent or legal guardian who accepts responsibility under these terms. The guardian's account will hold all records pertaining to the minor's vaccination.

LetsVaccine reserves the right to update this policy. Material changes will be communicated prominently via email or platform notification. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
